pablo19 Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 I can i run my hyper 21 on 16% nitro fuel, i normaly run it on 25% but got some 16% fuel and wondered what afect it would have? i realise it wont be as quick, but apart form that is there anything else i should watch for? Is there to help with low speed running, smooth the idle and help with the temps, keeping the engine cooler. Higher percentage fuels run cooler so can be leaned out more to make more power, so lower percentage fuels will run hotter for the same output so need to be a bit richer to be safe. big turbo Posted November 28, 2011 Share Posted November 28, 2011 The higher the nitro content the more it aids in cooling just run it a tad richer keep an eye on temps and will be fine but you really do wanna be running 25% for a .21 engine.
