Micro t with a different transmitter

I want to cut down on the amount of transmitters I have, my acoms 27mhz doesn't work with it right as the the throttle is all out, can the micro-t be calibrated to another transmitter?

As long as the RX fits you can run what ever radio gear you want.

as long as you use the right crystals you can use any 27mhz transmitter well i did anyway when i had my micro -t

i use traxxas link in almost all my cars, 1 tx (although i have 2), several rx's. less space taken up by tx's

and the traxxas link receivers are really small so they fit almost anywhere

the rx is built into the micro-t board so cant be removed unless you go brushless then you use a different esc and rx is that what you mean ?

It wasn't, but it cleared it up for me Is going brushless expensive/difficult with the micro t?

if your going togo bl with the micro-t there is many ways to do it. ie the losi bl system (overpriced rubbish) or you buy a 18a trackstar esc and something like fiego motor the same size as the losi oh and you would need another servo as you will be using a different rx.
