Got some more bits on order for the Slash 4x4. ESC was on the way out so bought this after some discussion/recomendations:

Also bought some of these:

This:

To go with this:

Oh and these to round it off niceley:

http://www.blacksmithproducts.co.uk/products.asp?cat=188 (Top right set)

Oh and a new 32DP 16T 5mm Pinion to go with the first one.

Big Bore shocks have arrived and so have the standard rate springs to replace the 'progressive' ones that came with them.

Should keep me busy for a while....

Yes, just a bit!! Decided that if I'm going for the big motor then I may as well get everything strong enough with the rest of the drivetrain to stop it breaking...hopefully!

It's low Kv but its a 4 pole, so loads of torque, more than enough to run it with a 16+ pinion and standard spur, With all the extras as well and a heat sink on it should be capable of even higher if req'd. It even says on the sales info that it can be used on 4wd 1:10 SCT vehicles.

Quite a few people have them from the recommendations I've had for it.

Take it you'll be running on 3s then? I have one you can try in it if you want, look forward to seeing it in action. Well done for going for the ezrun and not the castle like i said, you won't be disappointed with it.
