my trophy truggy has managed to shed some of its engine mounting bolts,but the manual doesnt list bolts individely so how do you get hold of them? incidentaly when the bolts came out it moved and lost the mesh to the transmission and revved its head off,is this normal does the engagment of the transmission keep the revs down?

at idle the engine should keep a consistent RPM if the engine is meshed or not. if your driving and the engine shifts, then it will over rev if your still accelerating as theres no resistance.

as for engine bolts they are just m3 cap heads and about 12-15mm long. dont get rc specific ones as you'll pay like
