ooO CuRbY Ooo Posted July 19, 2011 Share Posted July 19, 2011 Well the 1st attempt didnt work out as I planned, Ripped all the **** tape off LOL. and decided to take a slightly differant approuch to it.. So i went to Halfrauds got myself some thin Meshing (P38) some more resin and hardner waitied till the kids were tucked in bed, took the meshing cut it to the shape that I needed, well to a fashion at least used the good Ol'e duck tape secured behind the shell, formed the shape I needed Took it all out to the back garden, and started playing again .. I semi formed the rear window again, but once the fibreglass is set I can then get the right shape of the window and fish out the dremal.. Start sanding it all down, then apply a thinner grade of fibreglass for a better finish ..
