jamodabest
What is the difference between the spektrum DX2.0 and DX3.0? I know its because of the different channels but what does that really mean? Would they both work for a remote control car? If so, what is the advantages that the 3.0 gives? Cheers, Jamie.
Spriggan
The DX2.0 has 2 channels and a 2 car memory where as the DX3.0 has a third channel for switching stuff on & off and a 4 car memory. Thats about it! 3rd channel is used on some trucks to operate a reverse gear or 4 wheel steering. Or switching LED lighting on/off through an electronic switch, on the big stuff some use it to operate a kill switch. Plus its always good as a back up channel if one of the other channels go down as you can feed either the throttle of steering through the AUX channel. (I've had to do that with a couple of Speky handsets now!) Edited May 14, 2011 by Spriggan
