FG Baja Ball Drive shaft length?

Does anyone know what length the ball drive shaft length should be if you convert an FG Baja 2wd from dog bones to ball drive shafts.

I have done this and fitted 96.5mm ball drive shafts and seem to be having no end of problems.

Firstly, I split a drive cup which Daz C kindly replaced for me.

Then I took it out this afternoon and one of the balls managed to pop out of one of the drive shafts, again resulting in loss of drive.

The end of the shaft is now worn,, so a new pair is now required, so do I go for the 96.5mm again or go for 100mm?

What does the camber look like?

Rears should be vertical. How much play do you have in the shafts throughout all the arm articulation?

I don't jump my MT, but it runs a TS reed engine and is all alloy, including wheels - all up its 18 kg, so heaves a fair bit of weight.

Not had any drive cup / ball drive problems.

Al.
