    Mental Health Week.

     

    Very important!! no joke.

     

    It's been a year since I went strange friends and few family friends said I wasn't me thought nothing of it . Cut it all short Diagnosed with Depression 1st October  WOW. This happen to me no way 80mg Fluxotine daily still on 60mg now, If it wasn't for Lucy my Ex sister in law I would not be here. This stuff does strange things to your mind. Febuary started to get better I am here now don't know how. I was on the bottom and got through it.  Don't want sympathy just letting you  know maybe there is light at the end. I am still not well but I am better.

      Hello pal, 

      10 years ago I went through a similar situation, for seemingly no reason and been in very dark places at times. I'm a strong resilient character and would never have thought "it would happen to me"

      I may never beat it but I WILL and am learning to control it. Remember this.... IT is weak and a coward, YOU are stronger. Tell it to F... Off and take strength in standing up, helped me.

      PM if you need to, might not be any help but I can listen :lol:
