A bit more done, fitted the metal panels to the roll cage, fitted the front suspension and mounted the motor in the gearbox mount, this really is a great little thing to build.
-
It was your jeep build that put me onto these, great little kits, just waiting on the servo and batteries to come.
-
Will get a shot next to the Lasernut, that will be a good size comparison

Started the build on this today, incredibly detailed, really well designed, but very fiddly, absolutely tiny parts and screws, not helped by me having a tremor in my hands (Essential Tremor). So far enjoying it, a real challenge.
-
Yes, not sure when it will start, but looking forward to it, can’t get over how small everything is!

These look like great little kits 🔥

Fitted some alloy rear hangers to the Lunchbox, these have a proper spring in so give a much smoother movement. IMG_1805.MOV

Looks good @.AJ.👍

Got to love an Intergrale!, black with the chrome surrounds in the middle in my opinion. looks great 👍
-
Fitted a mini digital Motec screen to the Lasernut, it takes a feed from the ESC, so shows real-time throttle input and elapsed time. A guy called Scalebuilt on Instagram/Facebook makes them along with many other really good little scale bits, and he builds some awesome trucks too.

Looks a great kit, interested to see what you think when you drive it too👍

Painted a new body (badly) for the LunchBox and added a few spare decals, lights are from Model Lighting Solutions. Other car is my Vintage Schumacher Procat.

A good question, one which my wife has just asked me!. I have bought 3d printed scale dash gauges and little scale parts, so things like that, I just quite fancy the idea of it really.
-
Considering a 3d printer, is the Anycubic Photon mono 4k any good (resin printer). is there a recommended design programme (preferably free)?

Just seen this, I did have a message which I have replied to. The ones O have used are: Attack RC in Spain 51 Area Paint in Suffolk both were really good and exceeded my expectations on what I had asked.

Can’t take any credit, I just cut it out, which was very nerve wracking 😀

I got a Painter to paint my Schumacher Pro Cat Body (Attack RC) in the Silk Cut livery from the 1988 Jaguar XJR-9 endurance car, he had done an amazing job, I do have the Silk Cut stickers to put on, but I actually think it looks good without. It’s all paint, no stickers on it so far!
