  1. Will be going to as many races as I can
  2. Next big race on Sunday at Stotfold near letchworth http://www.stotfoldmcc.com/event/the-winter-series-15/ hope to see some of you there beware the gold kyosho
  3. Same here, I know I had heard it bigged up somewhere so thought I’d see if there were any collectors that can have that last chance
  4. Well sorry for the delay, had a load on well ended up 6th in my heat despite the front end being way to grippy for the surface and throwing me out in the corners I still did well enough all things considered. Just waiting on some tuning options to arrive and then I should be able to dial her in better. went along to my local track Monday and she flew beautifully coming in second in my heat hopefully most of my parts will arrive this week Ive plenty of races coming up now Sunday I’m possibly off to race if the weather holds up, I can’t remember where it was Monday back to the local, next Sunday it’s the start of the new season and I’ll be off to Stotfold (I think that’s where he said) and then Ware the fortnight after for the first big regional races of the season when that’s not on I’m gonna try and get along to coastal model car club and Norfolk buggy club as they run all on different days and are all about the same distance
  5. Hi all i just got wind that someone on banggood has stumbled across an old stock of these https://uk-m.banggood.com/AR102651-for-Arrma-Fury-110-2_4G-2WD-Brushed-RC-Car-Electric-Short-Course-Truck-RTR-Model-p-1636113.html?gmcCountry=GB&currency=GBP&cur_warehouse=CN&createTmp=1&utm_source=googleshopping&utm_medium=cpc_bgcs&utm_content=lijing&utm_campaign=ssc-gbg-toys-rcdro-ve-newcustom-80-1118&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIju-Rrs6T6AIVgobVCh0fowbHEAQYASABEgJMePD_BwE apparently they were discontinued in 2018 and are bit of a thing to have just thought I’d let everyone know
  6. Hey all well just a quick post off to my first big race at Silverstone with the kyosho well out of my league here but hey let’s see what happens https://www.facebook.com/silverstone.rcmcc/
  7. Hi which flysky? ive been using the gt5 for bashing for a few months took up racing and needed something more so had the nb4 now for a few weeks For that both are great radios depending on what you want them for the gt5 is fantastic at it’s price point with great features but the response makes it unsuitable for serious racing, it’s not a bad response, very good in fact just not what you’d pair with a high end racing buggy the NB4 noble is fantastic! but possibly a bit too much radio for bashing or crawling...it’s not quite as disposable as a £50 gt5
  8. Hi again all just looking for a quick bit of help im now in need of a mobile charge, id prefer not to have to get a second charging battery so I’m guessing running off my car battery or ideally the lighter jack Is the way? so what’s a good charger or setup I’ve had this little thing sat around for a few years unused could I just clip it to a lighter socket adapter?
  9. Love the Scortched RC titanium have a chassis and towers on order myself Check out the member Paul Busby and his posts hes been doing a great rebuild of his arrma
  10. Hello there and welcome so what are you building? Any pictures would be great if you can when you’re asking about bashers, you’ll always hear the same names arrma senton/kraton/outcast traxxas maxx and xmaxx or some of the Losi’s im not a people person but I’ve not encountered any toxic posters or people here, it’s all very friendly and sociable so hopefully your able to find an outlet here
  11. Well that’s 3 weeks of racing down so an update new radio has been chosen, fitted and run at 2 meets now loving the flysky noble had a feel of a few radios out there, had a squeeze on a few tiggers with a few cars, did my research and I’m very happy. going lefty was a game changer as I thought it was going to be been bumped up a league at my local track already and straight away came in first in the first two heats, third in the third heat putting me second on the grid for he final. A bad corner and a sleepy marshal saw me come in fifth overall just waiting on the weather now for more tracks to be open more frequently I’m only getting four 5 minute races a week at the moment but already making my way up With a bit more chance to practice I’m gonna get dangerous quick
