Cheers 👍 Been fighting the after effects since last March, It just decides to break me occasionally, hence my advice to Jack to get properly rested, my lungs are still burned up. Jack I hope your on the mend chap 👍

Sorry to hear about your troubles @Shergar after getting Covid.
Seems to differ wildly between people even in the same age groups/health conditions etc.  Friend of my sisters who was previously healthy and is in her early 30's (so fairly young) got Covid when it first hit the UK. She got better but 2 years later still gets breathless doing things she took for granted before like simply walking up the stairs etc. Think she has scarring on the lungs or something. 
Devastated so many and still is.
