I've had the premium kit for about 6 months and so far the traxxas electronics are holding up. The plan was to get a sport if my son showed some interest - now I can't get the transmitter off him. Its had a few big drops off stone walls etc and nothing's broke yet.
So I took the plunge this week and bought the sport kit for me. Figured the diff spools and single speed were better for where we run.
The extras it has are LED ready front and rear light housings instead of stickers, the complete 'expedition rack' with a few scale items - shovel axe etc, a metal servo horn and a set of tuned springs - 2 white and 2 orange.
You get a clear body too tho wether that's a good or bad thing depends how good you are with a spray can.
There's not to much to these, reckon you could have one built over a couple of evenings if you took that route.
