  1. Does anyone happen to know the throttle calibration procedure for this esc please. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/173963282442
  2. what exactly is left for sale please
  3. you can buy a pair of 80mm shocks and pair of 65mm shocks on ebay just search by lengths. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/183771663802 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223427901109
  4. Does anyone know what pitch pinion the ripmax husky and coyote use like 48dp 3.2mm shaft etc
  5. I use lucas red n tacky but the stuff you have should be fine
  6. About 10mm should be ok just make sure there is enough thread on the axle to do up the wheelnut
  7. Take wheels and axle off and check not other way really
  8. You need to check the front diff and axles something is not right or a bad bearing maybe?
  9. Remove both front wheels check the axle is not bent, if not bent it may simply be a case of using wider wheel hexes plenty available on ebay from 3mm to 12mm. You may want to change the bar from servo and steering rod to metal as well as they are quite bendy. As for hitting the link mine is same I just turned down the EPA on my transmitter so it wont rub but not turning circle is not great.
  10. You will have to decide if you want it more realistic looking in which case stuff like SCX10ii Element Enduro etc are good if you want more dedicated crawler / rock racer you can look at stuff like Axial Capra or even the RC4WD bully
  11. Just my opinion but I dont think of trucks like scx10ii or gmade komodo as rock crawlers in the strict sense. If using the sports car comparison scx10ii would be more like a GT car while as comp crawlers more like a track type road car Ariel atom or similar. Of course both are cars but very different characters
  12. Crawler and scale truck are totally different breeds. Comp crawlers tend to be motor on axle with no body most common one ring rc4wd bully. Most people though assemble comp crawlers themselves by choosing a chassis and then axles etc etc
  13. I am after a carisma coyote body it will be chopped up to use on a comp crawler so doesn't have to to be mint. Also consider others like G6
  14. If you would consider selling the body let me know mate as long as wheelbase is around 313mm
  15. I'll check id and get back to you
  16. Pretty sure I have some team associated rc18 ones left over from last time I built some comp shocks
  17. That shell is gorgeous. What shock oils do you use? I was thinking 30wt front and 40wt rear
  18. Yup if it was abit notchy I would leave it as it would bed in but its to the point of nearly locking, I have tried new bearings, shim front to back play inside and out and no joy. Teeth on pinion and other gear all OK and greased with Teflon grease. I found out the bearing size and ordered some arrma shims that have inside diameter of 7.1mm so should be able to shim where I need if they ever come. If that doesn't work I will just order new pinion and other gear.
  19. I want the shim to fit over the bit circled in orange so the shim would go on then the bearing.
  20. I tried the shim that I used between prop shaft and pinion outside of different casing but its too small. Its hard to describe but where the diff sits in its casing there is a bearing either side I want a shim to go between the diff and the bearing on one side so it pushes diff to one side more
  21. Hi guys would anyone know what size shims I would need to order if I want to shim the front diff. I tried putting a shim where the propshaft goes on to the pinion and it's still notchy so was hoping to put a shim inside the diff casing so the diff would push away from pinion slightly.
  22. Long shot but if anyone has any for sale in UK can even be one as they normally come in pairs. Part number LOSA3187 losi hd worm gears
