    Been a while, hope you're all doing well..  This year has been a non event for me RC wise.  Hope to get back to it at some point in the near!

      Just on holiday at the moment but when I get back I plan on treating the ST to some new boots, a new shell, and possiblpossibly new tx (or just use the one from my incomplete Baja build)

      Deafty - Never! - Frog all good ta, busy year for myself! - Noj always a pleasure, know the feeling of  'the house' - it's been all uphill for me since I moved into the new abode!! - 2017 is 'rc year' lol... well maybe.

    Well I kept the VFR, just can't sell it.. Done a full service on it tonight, feels so much better. New Michelin Pilot Power tyres going on tomorrow.. Then next year (Jan/Feb) it's a Repsol Fireblade (2010) with ABS

      There definitely one rc everyone should experience. 

       

      I think it was absolutely the best choice for my daughter. It's fast enough for her, it drags itself from the bushes thorns wrapped around it can't even hold it down lol. 

       

      It's never once broken only the servo horn fell off once due to the screw backing out. 

       

      It's cheap as chips too if you buy a used roller then fit the cheapest brushed set up. Her body was the pricey part. 

       

      Hpi baja 5sc body cost me less than her scx shell lol. 

       

      I'll probably buy my other daughter one when she's older hopfully they'll be around £130 rtr used by then.

      Alot of Iceland guys I've spoken with lately have been douches about it. Like it's the end of the world for us lol. I don't think they know we are England's biggest critics. 

       

      It is a pretty good feat for them tho since the population is so small and the land so rough.

    Pick up new car tomorrow, nearly finished with settling into the new house, baby due next week, new boiler needed to be fitted... Then I can get back to RC !!  What a couple of months lol...

      Feel the pain.  Our dispatch has just announced anti-pollution fault - forced regen at 3000rpm in 4th for 15mins hasn't solved it either.  £££ diagnosis on the computer, then at best a £200 eoyls fluid top up / ehaust gas pressure sensor replacement, at worst a new DPF filter at three or four hundred aftermarket, poss  a £1k for main dealer.  

      This generation of diesels is the last for me.

      Less than 40 mile trips and modern diesels are useless. We are suffering block exhausts on HGV fleets, that's 10 grand per truck plus labour.

    Changed my mind again, going to sell.. Please though, the last time I put this up I got some right ones.. It's easy - Paypal or Cash on collection. It's £165 all in posted via PayPal. It's £160 cash on collection - these are fixed prices. For this you get a fully working, hardly used, originally boxed Tekin Combo. There is nothing wrong with it and all works as it should, this includes the Hotwire. It's 9 months old, been used NO MORE than 10 times, all on 4S, never higher. So realistically it's seen approx - 2.5 - 3 hours of use. Includes sensor cable. Any questions please ask, but nothing silly please.

    5K - 5 port FX engine and EFRA 2108 FX pipe combo. Ballistic little engine, mountains of compression and mechanical pinch, I had the sleeve professionally resized (they recommend for this engine after a gallon) - needs to be fully heated up to start and finish the break in. It's still running slightly rich so will need full race tune. These are made by Hudy. Front and rear ceramic bearings. Comes with clutch and bell as seen. Fully boxed and you'll not be disappointed with performance. £115 for the set, which is a bargain. This includes fees and post.

    *Roller only, no electrics inc.. Losi 8ight-E 3.0, good condition, lovely platform, set up and handles a dream. Lack of use forces sale. Comes as is with the shell, wheels/tyres on roller and also the Schumacher Spirals. Chassis has no tears, just scuffing. £145 posted and inc fees. Will be insured and tracked.
