When I say swop them I mean front to back on the same diff, this allso works on front and rear difficult yesterday swap left to right on the same diff.

If you're rebuilding the center diff swap the outdrives, they wear on one side this gives you allmost new faces for the pins to drive on.

You still need to remove clutch to put your bartolone housing on, also you need to change the clutch carrier to the cy clutch carrier as the zenoa one is to tall and it pushes the shoes out to far, if you have sold the cy engine then order a cy clutch carrier and bolt at the same time. I know this from when I did mine, also the g320 comes with a 5k spring as standard.

If you've already bought the bartolone clutch housing order the standard g320 from freeprawn that's in stock.

Looking at the video air bubbles appear to be going towards the carb in the yellow line, this should be the return line, I know you said you have checked but I would recheck the tank end, definitely sounds like fuel starvation.

Set kill switch voltage to 6v, if the voltage dips below under load it will do its job, the battery will go back above 6v with no load.

I have the cy fan case, incerts go in the normal way round, the gear set I use are http://www.freeprawnracing.co.uk/hot-racing-ez-center-diff-mount-for-losi-5ive-t-clone.html 21/56 like you say if using zen case you need to reverse incerts. As long as the numbers add up to 77 standard use standard incerts plus or minus this number is plus or minus on incerts.

I'm running 21/56 and use standard inserts also running g320 with losi tuned pipe has the legs top end without sacrificing bottom end

what you save in fuel will pay for parts you may have to replace, if you don't crash and break things then the saving in fuel cost will pay towards the cost of the car ?.

If the weather next weekend is as good as today's will take X2 out Sunday, will be running it alongside 2 losi 5ive's, will post findings next Sunday. Have had X2 since last year but not had time to run it properly yet, only run on its own performed well no major faults apart from the paint falling off in places, stripped off all flakey paint and repainted it red and black.

Sorry mate been to busy checked a couple of things pinion mesh way off, engine incerts dont fill recesses in chassis and losi incerts don't fit km chassis, have to set mesh then tighten, had to do the usual set up on servos, will need servo brace on the throttle way to much flex in radio tray, will update as i go.

Picked one up today for tge lad, only had quick look at it will check it over weekend and see how it compares with my losi and post results

In the photo the bearing is proud of the clutch housing it should be flush, either the bearing isn't seated or the inner bearing is damaged.

It's a stock 320 with losi tuned pipe gearing is 21/56, may put standard gearing back on for better bottom end.
