If you're rebuilding the center diff swap the outdrives, they wear on one side this gives you allmost new faces for the pins to drive on.

You still need to remove clutch to put your bartolone housing on, also you need to change the clutch carrier to the cy clutch carrier as the zenoa one is to tall and it pushes the shoes out to far, if you have sold the cy engine then order a cy clutch carrier and bolt at the same time. I know this from when I did mine, also the g320 comes with a 5k spring as standard.

Looking at the video air bubbles appear to be going towards the carb in the yellow line, this should be the return line, I know you said you have checked but I would recheck the tank end, definitely sounds like fuel starvation.

Set kill switch voltage to 6v, if the voltage dips below under load it will do its job, the battery will go back above 6v with no load.

As long as the numbers add up to 77 standard use standard incerts plus or minus this number is plus or minus on incerts.

I'm running 21/56 and use standard inserts also running g320 with losi tuned pipe has the legs top end without sacrificing bottom end

what you save in fuel will pay for parts you may have to replace, if you don't crash and break things then the saving in fuel cost will pay towards the cost of the car ?.
