  1. Taken from a Savage Flux XL. Very clean and works perfectly. Big bullets soldered on.. £50 posted incl. fees. (Why can I not post ictures on here? Says its over capacity!)

    Wanted Xray T4

What have you got? If it would be of interest I have 3 trucks to swap, a 6s Savage Flux, an FTX Futura and an Associated MT10 but will pay cash too if swaps aren't your thing.
  3. I actually have another one brand new, so still has the Tamiya plugs on. Want that one?
  4. Hi all, I had a clear out of my RC storage and thought I'd put up a few random bits that I don't need. Really to clear space, so varying degrees of quality. All prices are posted including fees Tamiya black spoke wheels and treaded tyres. New, unused - £15 Tamiya Metal plated mesh wheels with slick tyres, new us used, would be great for a shelfer - £23 Schumacher Mini pins and foams for 1/10th touring car. New unused. £12 Etronix pulse 2 Channel transmitter and receiver. Perfect basic rx/Tx for a starter. £15 posted HPI Tech 7 Wheel - 6mm offset, 2 green 2 orange. Opened the packet but never run. £12 Random Chinese plastic "beadlock" with wheel weights. Silver, new in pack. £15 Hobbywing 4s power switch. Bought this for a Max 8 esc then decided against using it. £8
  5. £306? I recently paid £150 for a brand new PR Racing Sb401r. I just don't get it.
  6. I get that, but what is it meant to be then? I grew up with Tamiya and I still have a lot of love for some of their stuff (I think the TT02 is an amazingly capable stock racer) but I just don't get what this is. Too weak for bashing, too impractical for racing, too ugly fir the shelf! 😂

  8. Bump. Taken off ebay due to somebody wanting it, then they pulled out. So still available.
  9. I love a bit of Flat Clear for a matte effect, me, but I think it works particularly well with these films, as the shine can distract you from the detail.
  10. Of course! I was going to link to Modelsport, but it seems they are closed due to Covid! https://www.zen-racing.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php/bittydesign-liquid-mask-16oz-p-4028
  11. Like liquid latex. Takes some getting used to and a steady scalpel hand, but you can get some clean lines with it.
  12. Many people have said that fter I showed them the video!
  13. And heeeeerrrrrrreeeee we go! Now, I bashed this out in a day around looking after 3 kids, running a home, Fathers Day etc etc. Production values are lower than a snakes belly, including some OAP style portrait filming, which was necessary beacause: reasons. But it shows the process and results pretty well, and you get to learn some more lessons at the same time as I do!
