    So I made a 60 offer on a car on eBay,he messaged me saying 80 minimum and is that ok , I said no pls cancel my order sorry for inconvenience, I then bought a car anyway , but in the meantime the idiot accepted 60 and is saying pay or I'll report ya lol

      He didn't give the guy a chance to actually do it though.

      Asking someone to do it and then them changing their mind and accepting a legitimate offer which has been sent, can happen within a few minutes.
