    So I made a 60 offer on a car on eBay,he messaged me saying 80 minimum and is that ok , I said no pls cancel my order sorry for inconvenience, I then bought a car anyway , but in the meantime the idiot accepted 60 and is saying pay or I'll report ya lol

      You can retract your offer.... Or simply wait for the thing to expire lol.

      Either way, if it goes down to eBay I think they will side with him, when alls said and done, they should, because you chose to buy another item while having an offer already sent, regardless of what he said he would accept, or wouldn't, in this case :) so prepare to be buying both bud.
