Thanks guys I'll check out Crampton & Moore.  Richer Sounds doesn't actually have any complete micro systems anymore, guess they're just not that popular anymore?  No idea on model etc, neither of us are hifi people so what we know about systems could fit on the back of a postage stamp.  Hence wanting a limited choice to choose from and then just pressing the button on the one with the best reviews.  Not like RC where I know whats out there and what I want!

If you just want basic stero audio then look into smart speakers, I know the Amazon ones have a 3.5mm jack however I've got three Google smart home devices hooked up downstairs and once synced they are pretty good for the money.
