Bat safe arrived, very happy with this. Ordered some jst extender leads to allow balance boards to be installed, nice bit of kit. Has 4No. 3s 5000mah lipos in, could fit 12 No. easily for storage. Charger mount is nice with velcro to easily attach remove.

I'm running mine with the stock brushed setup and 2S lipo - I had a vxl in the past and ran on 2S and 3S was too much power. Brushed is in the sweet spot imo.

Didn't realise there was two types of trenchers, fairly certain I have the Xs, it backflips very easily

Those tires are pretty nice, running trenchers on my V1.5 atm. Think trenchers are the same height as Badlands but wider?

Ahh ok, it's not very clear what is measured or not from the Traxxas info as stock, I didn't realise anything would be measured with just the link module

My mistake, how is the voltage measured differently?

Voltage and motor temps are done as stock if you are using the traxxas esc.

Mainly after cash, could be tempted by a mini e Revo or some 4s batteries for an x Maxx
