Just done some work to the desert truck. Took out the 21t brushed, and dropped in a 9t brushless. Also lowered the body, took off the spare wheels, and removed all the lights. Think it looks far better now.

Yes, pulling the brushed combo out of another car, mainly wondering if the gear box will be ok.

Would the above mentioned combo work? I have an M40DT, and will be removing a 12 turn 550, from another car in a few days. Will it fit in the DT, with a little fiddling, will the gearbox cope?

You will need to make your own. There are no off the shelf versions.

OH OH ME ME ME. I really enjoyed mine. Put it on a BMX track, no fun, put it on a skate park, no fun. Get it on a nice grass, or dirt area, with nice undulations, and humps to jump from, MASSIVE FUN. The key to enjoying an Apache, is find a scale running area. You can't treat it like a Vorza, or other 1/8 buggies. They are not as fast as the Vorza, but fast enough for serious fun. I am still kicking myself for selling mine, but needed a new short course for racing.

HPI Firestorm, roller. The chassis is in great condition, and fitted with the T bone front bumper, and wheelie bar. The body has the usual scuffs, scrapes, and minor cracks. NO ELECTRICS INCLUDED. Collection from NG20 area, or could meet at J28-29-30, of M1.
