Mr Terminator Posted March 18, 2008 Share Posted March 18, 2008 The K&N filters are one of the best you can get mate for Petrol engines,the information you got was probably for nitro as they dont have quite enough filtration but I have 4 K&N's on my 1100 bike and always used them on the 2 stroke bikes I had.... Mr Terminator Posted April 4, 2008 Share Posted April 4, 2008 Never had a problem with K&N or SB filters in 20yrs that i've been using them,fair enough not on petrol model buggys but with the bikes.If they're oiled and cleaned when needed,they last years in my case.My mate uses a K&N on his Carson Gator with an outwear cover and its been great for years for him...
