gunner221 Posted December 31, 2007 Share Posted December 31, 2007 I have been having some bad starting problems recently, I have searched various forums and performed all but one of the fixes (new plug) with the shops closed it's a little difficult altho I have cleaned both the NGK & champion plugs I have but it still fails to start. I have composed a list of actions to take if it will not start if I have missed any please add to the list. 1. check fuel line for fuel and is not cinked 2. check for compression 3. check the is spark at the plug 4. change to new plug 5. check plug gap 6. If flooded remove plug turn over and pull starter to empty excess fuel. 7. check needle settings return to factory setting I think that is it but feel free to add more.
