dazzi220
Not hugely serious but it ended his qualifying and may have damaged his legs? He was waggling his feet alot immediatly after the impact? dunno Alonso has been pwning all afternoon
Stumungous
He was making sure they still worked, pretty hard crash, tyre burst on some debris left on the track. Edit: Just seen the replay, looks like something broke off from inside the hub or by the tyre and burst it. Hamilton doesn't look to good, looks like De la Rosa might be called up. dazzi220
yeh I could'nt tell, our tv keeps cutting out with the weather, is he ok?
Stumungous
They've taken him off to hospital, he's given a thumbs up to the camera so hopefully nothing too serious. I just hope he hasn't chipped a bone or something like that, he'd be out for weeks.

Stumungous
Right latest news is Big Ron's saying the front right wheel gun failed, so the wheel wasn't put on right. Quite worrying as the same gun was used on Alonso too.

Stumungous
What made me laugh was the bit they dedicated to the fact Lewis doesn't sit with his gloves on in the car when getting ready/waiting to get on to the track... Slow day for action, lads?
losidan
or the ten minute advert for mercedes with a visit to their super show factory. wonder how much they had to pay itv for that. i reckon steve ryder and blundell were a bit happy today cos they could spend the whole day talking about hamilton with good reason for a change. no worries interesting all the same.... f1 is excellent but v8 supercars is better Edited July 21, 2007 by losidan

Tony
Not hugely serious but it ended his qualifying and may have damaged his legs? He was waggling his feet alot immediatly after the impact? dunno From 150mph+ to 0mph in an instant. Massive G force from stopping. Blood got pushed down to legs/arms. He was moving it around to stop blanking out and get the blood back in circulation. That's why he fell to the floor when he got out. Kinda like when you have pin & needles in your leg and your leg goes numb. Learnt something new today?
