Problem with dumborc and grp s3 aren't getting any grip

So the on friday my grps gtj03 xm3 had been delivered but when I unboxed them they had this white chalk and the tyres had barely any resistance so I tried spraying wd40 on and it got it off and also became quite sticky I drove around in my garden and did a quick launch the car would just spinout. I sprayed wd40 and left it overnight and went to test the car on a narrow straight but it keeps loosing traction but when I do a rolling start it was all fine but here is a another problem when I drove back it just when full throttle and spinning until the wheel hit the curb and threw out the battery I brought it home turned it on and it wasn't full throttle and this is the damage. This is a hpi vorza with a max 8 combo and dumborc radio system

Youll struggle to get traction full stop this time of year outdoors. The tyres just dont get into working tempreture

like K said temps are low this time of year i wouldnt use wd40 for grip tbh brother unless you soak them for hours etc

OK I'll use the tyres in warm weather but do you know why it went full throttle?
