Fabs04 Posted March 27, 2022 Share Posted March 27, 2022 Was running my blackout mt and cut off, when got to it the pull start was stuck solid, took the pull start apart and can move the flywheel by hand, the trouble is the flywheel seems to turn but then gets seized again, seems to be hard to turn sometimes other times is free, got spark and fuel I believe, the plug was black when inspected, it won't start.. Fabs04 Posted March 27, 2022 Author Share Posted March 27, 2022 Thanks, I did and it moves up and down, but when turning the flywheel or pull start one minute it's free next minute stuck solid. spents Posted March 28, 2022 Share Posted March 28, 2022 your coil will have probably dropped down and be touching/rubbing on the flywheel mate, remove the fan case cover and regap the coil and all should be well again, coil gap should be 0.3 to 0.5mm Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
