tim wallinder
I plan on making a indoor RC track in my apartement and buy two Wltoys 284131, however i had the older K898 version and i experienced that the cars go too fast for properly indoor racing. Im not good at electronics but can you make it less fast by putting a low NIHM in it, maybe 3.7v
Mack1
You would be best off dropping a couple (maybe more?)of teeth off the motor pinion to reduce speed. Your electronics won't work on 3.7v. They need minimum of 4.8v to work reliably.
Bajadre
could try limiting the throttle on the tx but tbh your better off starting slow laps and building up the speed all about throttle control on a track brother 👍
tim wallinder
I only found these ihttps://www.ebay.com/itm/124995143830?_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item1d1a4a8896:g:-0oAAOSwM~Bhiiuv&amdata=enc%3AAQAGAAACoPYe5NmHp%2B2JMhMi7yxGiTJkPrKr5t53CooMSQt2orsSxXDXcCydCuSj2Tq2S%2F3Gnix2D14KnubNj4yE1AAn8C1ZjKl2eAe3aSc6SGwxeYxRzZ8QVz8mWhpezS8QoSzhjVtjShmWaMkg9%2F%2F0f4I1UDUn9gqbEptLT2BAGzkrNLfD4hCkCBh6CKHAdEbZly%2FbgpOaT7LetvEv0IziVO%2F8CORLymwaO9J%2FVPTe%2Bwmc%2BffodTdihPIUV875QAJ4dAO4zNDQFf0C%2F3bB1Cuhg6rFkni3urULcJi75OPyDF23xnUxP4sFP16di%2FRX%2FKLFlCiy4h75NKOvtzIL0JVCnQVCcVY78zZc4zFHf7aijCGR37NKfrkLQxy4nLMwqpRm0ZSeNjXt5QMA8nSCtu0WysNIdc1jcRrmGx12sHUtmMfP2Yra4s3Fqs4gsSqwZmlRvfWo%2BalWbAJeFwHhWORtvrTcWP%2FGKbwcPOLzQfI6%2Fn2sG%2FmM89LnMJmuLqyqUxLUkVVhqTBrxYBP9NUsm6lvx2ZB%2FCct23a32KKWxnIUw8pvzi7zPFAlCBInhPoTgOud4nll%2FaWg5MqxDNrQqDCzfAwFbWi4sQzCKLgA5YaskGkXfcT9jBIQ5HsX7CNJhwPXGrFGhUQ589Yp4xDwaw88aXE6h4LuCokgsvibnVWF7jT3AqEJGxGtVGgpHc48HxAEvq1r%2BhWOdDiyXJyJuUHvG%2FCzkeixKBIAfVv4yhgFiFlhBlhiJw%2BJSVnmyZOCztK6%2BL2QASPMiaQ2n%2F4zfg4N1yOjUQ7yC08qYSGfi8pwtjQHaMaHi6OSH2CNUQrolFgdVLxH7dH4mMVngds5k63rZQe080LFHSalU1XKnOrcuPO9Ir9wiZWdzQraq1x%2B8SDOndMuiw%3D%3D|clp%3A2334524|tkp%3ABFBMvJD2-txf but arent the pinion that needs to change that little (pinion) on the motor shaft? Bajadre
yeah tim by dropping teeth on the pinion gear will lower your overall speed same as adding teeth and a smaller spur gear will give a better topend etc 👍
