I came about a LRP vector K7 17.5T brushless motor and also have a Tamiya TBLE02s ESC. Is it likely to improve speed/performance if installed? PraetoR Posted December 19, 2021 Share Posted December 19, 2021 Maybe a little. 17.5t is pretty slow (around 2000kv - 2200kv), although the stock FTX 550 is pretty poor. I don't think it would be worth installing that motor and ESC combo to the Outlaw, really. Not going to completely transfer the performance. The brushless Outlaw is around 3000kv and mine runs a 3500kv system. Fit something like that, with a 2s lipo battery and it really transforms the Outlaw into a flying machine!
