everclear1984 Posted October 18, 2020 Share Posted October 18, 2020 Sorry for the threadjack but it seems silly to start another topic on the same car. I had my Big 6 running yesterday for the first time in many years. It was very reluctant to start but after spitting a load of gunk out of the exhaust it fired up and I was able to drive it around a little. Today I came back to it and it fired up with ease, however, it now dies the moment throttle is applied. Does anybody know the factory needle settings for this engine? I changed the plug which seemed to help a little. However, it turns out the tune was waaaay too rich.
