Is it normal for the buggy to take a lot of throttle for it to move, about half throttle.    its ok just need a good run

Have you checked your End Points are okay?

Or the collet behind the servo saver

Clutch ??. Servo speed ??.

Clutch is an 8k spring

If you are used to a 6k

It may seem like the engine is taking longer,

Or Rev'ing higher before the buggy begins to move forward :)

That's totally normal ;)

As long as the battery charge isn't low,

Then the servo speed should be fine :)

Good to hear it’s the 8k clutch. Only reason I said servo speed was I found on my Losi 5ive the stock throttle servo was very slow, even with a fully charged battery, change to a Savox 236 and never looked back !!. :D

:)

The K-Power servos are better than Savox,

With a Higher Torque rating, & Speeds :)

Excellent news, was thinking they might need a swap out. after the vid with your good self and Joel @ Bashfest, I saw Savox in the car.

That's because the initial installed ones were 'JX'

Which Both failed :(

I had the Savox one's in my spares box, so popped them in to keep going :)

So I chose not to go with the offered 'JX' servos,

And opted for the proven K-Power 4000 Digital servos to put in ours :)

Which also means you've no need to worry about upgrading the servos,

As we thought ahead to make sure you get a good package for your money :)

I have the conversion for the double servo steering in my 5t, but only one servo, sounds like I am just about to purchase a couple of K Power ones.
