No throttle with certain batteries.

HI. 

 

Just bought a Mini Losi with 3 Nimh packs and a couple of lipos.

 

I don't have a lipo charger but have charged up the Nimh.

 

I can't seem to get any throttle from 2 of the packs, they work for steering but no throttle.

 

Third pack works fine for all functions.

 

Any ideas?
