HI. Just bought a Mini Losi with 3 Nimh packs and a couple of lipos. I don't have a lipo charger but have charged up the Nimh. I can't seem to get any throttle from 2 of the packs, they work for steering but no throttle. Third pack works fine for all functions. Any ideas? Dom.

Hi @sputnik, thanks for the in depth reply. Thats a great idea. Thankfully i've found a knuckle for now but if i pop another i will probably do your above mod. So great to see this thread still so alive and helpful. I started it back in 2012 when i was racing then when i stopped i didn't come on here for a long time. It was a shock when this came up in most recent posts.

First of all set you idle screw so there is a 1mm gap when the carb is closed, as for base settings, try google . When you say lumpy idle, do the revs ever increase of their own accord when the engine is idling? Dom

Second that, the CNC and carbon fiber parts aren't cheap when you add them all up, and if you bash hard, you will no doubt break the cast knuckles and chassis braces in a couple of bashes. Dom -

Again, Hyper ST and slowly get the pro bits, starting with chassis braces and knuckles, bomb proof truggys, had mine around 2-3 years and broke a C-hub and a couple of bumpers Dom
