lipo chargers

If they are fully charged you will need to use lipo discharge function on your charger if it has one. If it has storage charge function it may or may not discharge when faced with an already charged lipo. Either way you need to aim for 3.8v per cell, so 7.6v and 11.4v for 2s and 3s respectively. Seriously, read your manual and familiarise with your charger, that way you'll get the best and safest results.

If your charger doesn't have a discharge function you can always just run the lipo's in whatever rc you have either until they are at storage levels or at cutoff, then do a storage charge.
