hi didn't update my thread because been busy with buying new 1:1 car. last time l run my baja l busted rear tyre after doing donuts too long and the tyre insert split in 2 pieces as well. l am going to buy a new set of rear tyres from rcmodels, but the inserts from them are too soft IMO. could anyone post a link with tyre insterts for 5T or T1000 for reasonable price and quality as well. thanks...

Also you may want to put a couple of layers of this on the wall of the tires. you will be surprised how much it helps.

But as original says zero growth foam I have them on my hostile mx tires never had a problem :)

the foams feels harder than the ones l had before. what was it in your link, because when l press on it it goes to the main page.

I stuck a layer of Gorilla tape on my Hostiles and bought zero growth foams for the rear and hard (I think) foams for the front. Not sure I'd spend that much on foams again. Might try some Proline foams next time and tape them as well as the tyres.

 

Might be worth just trying some prolines Rytis and taping them too. And you can get gorilla tape from ebay, posted for under a fiver.
