It comes up with 4 red rings then switches to 3 lights and alternates which lights work so is sold as spares/ repairs hence the cheap price. I used to fix these and sell them on as a sideline in my spare time but tbh got fed up with them, It could still be the dreaded X clamps failing causing a graphics error.
