Bit of an update, mk2 has been sold. I've seem to have acquired this rotbox though. Chassis is gone, front wings, door skins, outer sills and rear valance are new though...

G60 adaptor kit is sitting in the garage, just waiting for the 280mm calipers.

Got some 1.5" dishes

Wasted no time in stripping the powdercoat, first time using this stripper on powdercoat so I was a bit worried it wouldn't take it off....how wrong I was  . You could actually see and hear the paint stripper removing it.

After 2 applications I was left with this.

The stainless steel dish cleaned up fab and is pretty much new. Unfortunately underneath the powdercoating the ally one has some pitting which will have to be wet n' dryed.

Gave one a test fit, looks pretty good to me!

Been doing a fair bit of work to the RS over the Xmas holidays! Stuck in a gallon of fuel and a freshly charged battery and it fired up straight away. Gave it a good wash and wax. 18 months of crud was on there but it's nice and dry. My
