i was on the teampico site and came across a tuning gide but it says at the end turn the needle half turn? is it a full half turn?

Start leaning the low speed needle a little at a time (then repeat the reving up and idle test) and if it takes longer before the idle drops you are going in the right direction!

Eventually as you keep leaning with the low speed needle the idle will stay high, now it is time to lower the idle to get the desired low RPM. Finally richen the low speed needle half turn.

never heard of that before..

low speed is about pick up off the line, so you can only do that by trial and error, you'll know if you get it wrong, as it will hesitate or bog

mine bogs alittle or if i leave it idling for a wile and give it a rev it will cut out? thanks
