Barry Thomson
Have you tried the old power station site off Doncaster road? Some wide open tarmac areas, gravel and mud sections plus if you walk through the site there is a great jumps area in the woods

Noj
Chaps, anyone used the heathland just o/s Warmfield on the A655? Spotted some plane fliers there on Sunday...looks like a great spot. Shall check it out when it isn't pouring down.
liamb2387
Iv not been down there myself noj. Are you living in Wakefield now then?
Noj
Aye, now in Playa Del Normanton. Quiet.....very quiet.... Driven past that spot a few times now, open land with some natural contours for grabbing air etc...just waiting on a rain free day to head over and check it out in person. There seems to be a foothpath from the verge by the main road that leads onto the open land. Certainly big enough for largescale bashing, tho ours won't be out again til next year. Leeb
Really, where abouts is it might call up shortly If you find a red end to a breaking linkage or whatever its called let me know, buggered if I am going to spend more time looking for it. If you go there go on the side thats got the concrete barrier its a lot dryer. There is a concrete bit like this and loads of open space like this
