Best thing to do with the likes of Hermes, Yodel, etc is to take the parcel to a parcelshop...... So book it online and drop it off yourself... Parcel companies specify collection from you between 7 and 7, so unless you're able to wait in all day drop it off....... Works for me... 

Never had any problems using Interparcel for collection but as mentioned select the drop off option when booking on-line which is cheaper as well. Usualy can be dropped off at a local shop.

Send the buyer a request to cancel the sale/auction and as soon as they acknowledge the request you will get the fees back.

Worth bearing in mind they have quite a few days grace to reply to the request to cancel as well.

If they dont respond to it you still get the fees back but it is just another way of making you wait.

They get to walk away Scott free it is a pee take, when I had a km baja 5t on ebay much cheaper than any other ide seen it was just dirty had a brand new body fitted from my other and still three buyers messed me around leaving me with £90 fees which I just luckily escaped by a day. 

One in three sales I linked from here would get trolled by which I mean stupid bids put on 3x more than anyone would actually pay always from a 0 account with a name like (best even) 

Now I just deal with sellers and buyers with equal scores to myself 500+ stats and atleast 99% positive but aim for 100% and keep my ebay/msuk seperate. 

I could be totally wrong and it was just the ebay beasts but it became too often tbh well every time I linked from the sales. 

I bagged a bargain yesterday or I think so anyway £94 for a galaxy s5 in excellent condition from a 500* 100% seller I just hope they do next day delivery after I gifted an extra £6 towards to postage for garanteed next day.  

Well at least i got my fees back

Not worth getting a strike Kev, best thing to do is request immediate payment and also state in the advert that any non payers after 24 hours will be reported and blocked, it soon puts idiots off buying.

True,I am closing my account when the latest dispute is over,yes another one claiming something is faulty that isn't.

They still keep the fees though even though the buyer gets a refund so technically no sale has actually taken place.

A good half of my fees are from sales that were then refunded and I listed it again and sold it so ended up with double the fees.

Trouble is it is full of idiots these days who dont have a clue as to what they are buying and when they cant figure it out the claim it is faulty.3 claims recently and all items have been received and are 100% working.Trouble is ebay dont listen,they side with the seller and thats that,if you dont refund they will just do it for you.
