Its a nice car with some nice details on it, its definatly different to drive then my Kraton/Infraction etc lol Seems faster in reverse guessing i need to swap the motor wires around? (Not sure if this is something how crawlers work). Also brakes are sharp off throttle, its very smooth to drive as well reminds me of a sensored motor

I second it, its really nice platform. Also you have the option of buying say the VTE shocks and towers and turn it into an on road car. Mine back to a buggy now to bash around in

Hey, Anyone know what options are available for the centre diff spur gear? I've had a look i can only seem to find the stock 48t The ones i've seen that have less teeth, not quite sure if they are compatible?

I had a VTE and currently have a a VSE both are are fab, easy to work on, decent weight. Max 8 combo was great in both, ran fast and cool I just put all my infraction electronics into my VSE waiting for it to be dry to test lol, shame i couldnt quite get the 25 pinion on. VSE is quite versatile as well, you can buy other parts to make it on road. If its possible to save up for a bit i'd look at a VSE roller.

Im using GRP S7 atm but fasts been on them tires is 90 on a VTE, my Infraction did 81 on them. Hardest part of driving it in the wet is stopping i find, just slides 😛 Got my scorchedrc spool for the infraction, i ordered some 8x16x5mm bearings, but the bearings are too big to fit into where the centre diff sits. Do i need a new holder or something? I check and Limitless holder is the same as the V2 Infraction Just used the ones off the diff fits fine, i guess i got sent the wrong bearings there massive lol

@Paul BusbyAlza-Racing. I bought 1 40mm mount, the dual plate which attaches so u can run 2 fans and max 6 mount plate, quick delivery and its nice quality

I got 2 Hobaos all stock diffs doing 75-90mph and holding up fine

Only taken my EXB out once, i didnt realise how rough the surface was we drove on, it looks like my EXB done 10 hours driving im gutted lol, sons tyre got cut and flew off 50ft in the air, mates 6s broke the rear hinge pin. Got my fans all finished now and setup, noisey and prob a bit OTP for a 20t tooth, but i cant see it getting warm any time soon lol I'll look at the Noble in a month or 2, spent so much and supposed to be buying a house any day so i got to carefull as the solictor bill will be due soon lol

Whats the Noble like? Got a dx5c atm but screen annoys me and the power button and using AA batteries. I'm guessing it can store multiple models on it? Got bullets comming today so ill make some small extensions up, all i will do is make sure there is a good fit and proberly just heat shrink over the bullets so they cant be seen, be nice if they offered various length wires 😎

Really? Got Castle combo comming, it was like £170 cheaper then buying in the UK, be sweet if no extra costs come in

My mates went for cheap alternative, 1 caught fire and 1 just died, motors seem ok but i think its the capacitors or something on the cheaper copies. Or maybe look out for a rebranded ESC, like the stuff that comes off Hobao cars. (Mate is using my VS ESC in wr8 to run 4s) Someone compiled a list

My son got a Arrma Granite and my mates son Big Rock, nice trucks can take a bashing and just pop in a 3s if hes ready for more speed

I second the Max 8 ESC, my max 8 (2200kv) combo powered my VTE to nearly 90mph and its in my rally car which does 75 on a 20t, great little combo

Nice, me and a mate are doing a comp. Im going Fazer MK2 vs his RS4 Sport 3, be nice to get 100 but atm its about just being the fastest. Looking into motors and ESC as well but not sure what to get really. With 1/8 it seems easy, i got a Hyer VTE to 86 quickly and it was driving great, on my infraction i have a 30t pin and 39t spool with MMX8s + 1520 motor running 8s, but these 1/10s seem harder, esp the gearing.

haha yea fan broke, i got an Alza Racing plate ready, fans turn up on tuesday so its not biggie, supposed to rain alot for most the month. Gives me time to work on building 1/10 speed car

Finally took mine out today and did some jumps and running off road, it did get a bit warm on a 22t with no fans, so let it cool then dropped down to a 17t which was fine. bit gutted its got marks on it now, even on the 22t its a wheelie beast lol (Running 50kf, 300k cen and 30k rear), near the end of the run i heard a strange noise, with the car sitting still. Im guessing someone will guess what it was haha

Yea i was excited but then thought of all the electrics to go in etc and not sure where i will run it, all my mates got 1/8 with 1 holding interest in a X-Maxx, it does look good though

Looks like its $699, so i guess in the UK it will be £899 😉
