Don't suppose anyone out there has an old graphics card sitting around that they don't need, at least new enough that it still has driver support?

Im after something PCI-E, ideally nothing big and fancy as it's not a big case, just a little "get off the ground" Graphics card for a mate. One of my other mates thinks he might have an R7 250, which is pretty much the kind of thing I'm looking at.
The GT 710 is about the only GPU widely in stock and that's like £60 for zero performance... I'm hoping someone has a basic"backup" card kicking about (GTX 950, for example) that they wouldn't mind parting with to help a brother out
My server has a GTX 750ti in there to do transcoding so I'm pondering the idea of upgrading that, as it does sometimes have a hard time with some 4K content, and giving my mate the 750ti for next to nothing.
