  3. decided to reinforce the sides of the body as rather thin....1.0mm plasticard bonded on with UHU POR plastic safe glue
  4. Ha ha i checked the battery on the checker still has 85% left in the tank.........Tesla eat your heart out this is how electric cars are done so slow crawl runtime from one pack should exceed 3 hours
  5. got an hour but not checked to see whats left in pack, i would think its down to about 55% so just over an hour left in it
  6. its a hard pill to swallow but if it were me i would bite the bullet and dispose of them, playing god with Lipo`s can lead to a fire, but dont take my word see what other folk have to say but tread carefully
  7. Got a love hate thing going on.......... ....Love the RGT Bronco and still hate the Unimog ha ha
  8. I can only guess that the turning circle would be tighter in 2WD and maybe it would use less battery, incidentally in this pic you can see the home made battery i am using with this truck as it seems just perfect its a Li-Ion 26650 size 2S 4200mah i have a pair of these i made a while back, you can take them down lower than a lipo and so get longer run time out of them plus its less weight than a lipo
  9. @wolfie1 you can see the FWD in video @02:40 then shift back to 4WD, and yes it works out on open ground
  10. Sorry guys having had a couple of PM`s asking for this at a much lower price there will NOT be any price reductions, its fully worth the price and more
  11. Think this might be my best video and a great backing track, turn up the sound
  12. Well here is my first pro runner video, slap the headphones on and turn it up as its a real nice backing tune then at very end you hear what the truck sounds like, pleased with this video
  13. Nice just back from first run with my Green one, you will love it video very soon and kinda feel its one of my best video`s
  14. Pics dont do it justice, looks way better up close, all being well run video tomorrow
  15. postie brought my long awaited RGT Pro runner truck have to say first impressions are extremely good, i have already added metal wheels with slightly larger tyres
  16. I already think i have a new favourite rig, this is just so nice RGT/FTX have come a looong way since the early stuff, i think watch out Traxxas RHT are out to topple your crown
  17. Nice Nice Nice this is stunning, just a few pics and spot a couple of mods right away. More pics and maybe a running video at weekend if weather plays okay this has a full lighting system main headlights are super bright
  18. Mine has arrived had a quick peek in box to see if it survived the trio from china all looks good
  19. just ordered a set of metal beadlocks some tyres and brass hex`s for rock van from Injora, get a bit of low down weight on this van, then its a custom painted body to add when clear shell comes back in stock
  20. My pro runner arrived in Uk March 24 but tracking is saying its still in customs clearing turns out tomr bought the FTX from Modelsport, overall very impressed with it but says body feels a little "flimsy" in places but seems well made and a nice truck
  21. if you have not done so look at Redbacks fastest banzai thread as he did a gearing conversion, good luck
  22. cheapest way is a Toolkit M6 mini dc charger connected to car battery you need a wire with XT60 on one end and croc clips to go on battery this will charge a big lipo like a 5200mah 2s no problem
  23. i once bought a reamer and it was pants, sent it back and gone back to drill but i always drill small hole first then larger size and do it slow
  24. Both pretty good rigs and similar price, i think the Element would have the edge out on the trails but again might not be much in it
