In my opinion the Traxxass is just terrible, Arrma wins hands down on anything speed related.!! (and maybe the new Hobao) I'm not an Arrma fanboy, yes I have a fair few of them but currently I can't stand the company and the direction they are heading in. What with them discontinuing the Rollers and then taking them two years to re-release the 4s lineup, that's not how to win fans !! Also HPI no matter how cool that Scooby looks at the end of the day it's HPI and their days are done vs the likes of Traxxass and Armma, and on the subject of the new Infraction, for a box stock 3s rig nothing in my opinion can touch it for speed, parts, upgrades, looks etc etc When I returned to RC a few years ago I re-entered by buying the 3s Arrma Senton and it blew me away at how robust and fast it was out of the box.!!

That's not like Adrian to ignore emails..🤔 maybe he's super busy.. (the retainers are excellent an upgrade) It's a proper 1/5 sized 70kg SPT servo, it's only a cheapo but it seems pretty strong. Do you have a link for the servo you're using.?? Since posting here earlier today I ordered the servo saver, I needed new rear arms (broke one yesterday) that made it free shipping 🤣🤣

What do you think of that Vitavon servo saver ? Is it better than the stock version and why did you change it, were you having issues.? I have a 70kg 7.4v servo on mine and the steering lock is pretty awful, was wondering if it's the saver causing my issues, also mine seems to have more steering lock turning right when it's on the ground, yet when it's up on the bench with the wheels off the ground the steering is equal..!!

Being HPI, it will probably be overpriced..!!🤣🤣

Can someone who owns one please weigh it for me ?? How many mods/upgrades do you think it would need to run on 4s without breaking every two minutes ?? I really like this Fiesta but the more I look at it, it just makes more sense to just buy a Radix 6s and put a rally body on it..!!

That's what I ended up doing with mine, gearing up and got lower temps 🤪 After chatting to a few people their reasoning was that these motors have massive torque and less rpms, therefore gear up..!!

Looks fun..!!! Still not built mine yet, had it since Oct '21 🤪

I have a spare 4s system laying around, not too sure if the drivetrain will handle 4s though ( could always run it on 3s ) Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it basically a 4WD Slash with narrow arms ?? @Kpowell911 you're an experienced Traxxas guy, what are your thoughts on this car ?? Cheers👍🏼

Personally I think the 47T is more suited to the O8s, I spoke with Stewart at LogicRC one day and he said Arrma gave two options on spurs because of the two different styles of 8s trucks. With that Leopard motor you've got, it should easily do 30/39T without getting too hot.. ( it is the 113mm can ?? ) Here's my O8s setup, I have a shorter motor than you though (TpPower 56x92mm) Real world speed with that gearing on short grass was 51mph recorded on SkyRc gps, I'm not running any fans on the motor either and the temps were all good. I am still experimenting with gearing myself and was thinking of trying the 39T spur 🤣

Am I reading that right, that bash bar weighs over 1/2 a kilo..!!! That Ti bar will be amazing for sparks.. ( I have Scorched Ti skid and it's awesome ) My Outcast M2C chassis with all the braces only weighs 985g, stock was 794g..!!
