Hell horn.

As the bully sits now. Servo is still not in the UK but ESC and motors are now with royal mail so fingers crossed for a delivery this week. Worked out the settings on my dx4s last night. Nothing to crazy to get your head around. Built up the 2660 shocks. Modded the caps to run a rod end and run mini t spring's. Almost done now. Just need the bloody parts to arrive.

My one is still just about stock. Had to replace the Bowden tube and joints when I had a massive failure a few months ago due to the crazy heat. Basically the heat and using pla carbon clogged it up so the pressure popped the tube out if it's joint. So new tube and joints and a rebuild and it was sorted. But apart from that. It's been fantastic so far.

Shocks are sorted. ESC and motors are in the UK. Just got to wait and see if I get stung or not now.

I use fusion 360 for a lot of the parts. And I have an ender 5 pro. Fantastic printer not overly expensive. And lots of upgrades should you want to

All my designs are 100% my own work. I only started designing parts this year. I had a stroke last year. So I decided it was time to get on with makeing my own parts at last. So I said **** it and challenged myself to work it out. I think its going well so far. Currently working on this. A hanger for 5mm tungsten weights. Still needs work to get it right.

Mostly comp based parts. So stuff for Cars like the rc4wd bully 2. Currently working on some weight hangers for it. As no one else is. But I also designed a full range of parts for the lcg chessis from AliExpress. And custom parts for a few people. Depending on what car it is. I might be able to help. I'd suggest getting the file made then using someone like weerg to print the item for you in one of the stronger plastics

I use all sorts of places for my parts. AliExpress for some. Modelsport.com. Makeitbuildit.com. then for lipos. I use a drone shop for them. And get stuff printed by weerg if it needs to be a very very good print. I design and print a lot of my own parts now. A few shops like rcmart from China for stuff we don't do in the UK. And dlux for rock crawler parts.

Cheers dude. The hangers are almost sorted. Will be doing a version for 5mm weights too. Can get more weight in the hangers using the smaller size tungsten. Just waiting for the weights too arrive. Lots of parts in thee way. It's a sit and wait game now. Fingers crossed it's not to long

Well I managed to get a deal on a bully 2 for my capra. A happy trade for me. Few days later it arrives. First step was pull it apart. Clean it up and check it over. Everything was ok. So fresh grease In the axles. But it pack together and have a think about what to order for it. 2 opinions. Keep it cheap as possible or do it right. Well it didn't stay cheap for long lol. Placed orders for. A BR mini dual ESC and 2 torque master motors. A direct power servo. That's the electrical parts sorted. Will be using my dc4s with it and already have a spare rx. Got a few weeks to wait for the parts to arrive from China. Decided to order some shocks too. As stock ones are crap. So 2 sets of 2660 shocks on order with the upgraded caps. A few packs of rod ends to replace worn out ones. New set of panels for my skin. More to come later on them. Also ordered the upgraded axle shafts too. As again the stock ones are crap. Designed a battery mount for it fit my lipos. Also modded the steering link set up. Got the hubs fully cooked back now. I made some carbon arms to move the steering link forward by 10mm and a little lower. It now clears the axles at full steering. Designed some weight hangers to fit the bully and my wheels. And working on getting some tungsten weights made for me. Will find out if it's possible this week fingers crossed. That's about it for now. Waiting for parts to arrive now. Can't wait to get it built up.

Yep. Crazy expensive but so nice. I have some stuff to sell so if it goes right I might get a set. But a good servo. Trailing arms and a few little bits are needed first

I always say I'm going to keep a build cheap. And it never happens. I'm looking at the vanquish ones. With a few other upgrades on my build.

We are looking in to that at the moment. but the links will be 5mm titanium or steel. I'm trying to find a 8th scale rod end to fit at the moment.

My SSD hubs arrived. So no more wheels falling off. Centre of gravity racing made me a titanium steering link set and is going to be doing a full set for me to remove the need of the rubbish rod ends. Coming along nicely but slowly now. Next is a better servo and servo saver I think. And the 2 speed set up.

Went with 2 million center and front diff for now. A bash around the garden went well. Taking it out wednesday for a bash. So will see how it handles and adjust from there.

Right then guys. I have locked the rear diff. And out a sway bar on. Do I lock all diff. Or put some say 2 million center and front. Don't want a crawler. Got plenty already. It's studying as a basher. Cheers guys

I picked up a ryft from appliance electronics. Had been returned unused so got it cheap. So had to snap it up. Got it to take it to the SST event at the weekend. Brilliant fun added a locked rear diff and sway bar. Wrapped the crappy looking panels. Few more mods to do still. But happy with the build so far. Brilliant fun car. Next step is some 3mill diff oil for front and center. And a few little bits. And then go bash it's head in up the hill by me

So building another car. Because why not ha. I find my post scale gearbox has died. One give had given up and done some serious damage. One pile of gears. Shafts. And bits later. I decided to use them for something. After a lot of messing around I have this. More then likely a once only ever item. A gearbox for one of my rock crawlers. Once I get the set up right I will get a set of carbon plates done. Might work might be utter **** and a waste of time. But it's all fun This is super early doors kind of idea I'm thinking.
