    OK moral question. you have a heart condition and want more freedom, your somewhat semi stable with angina attacks.

    do you get a moped upto 125cc ?

    i dont wanna kill someone because i fell ill while riding, but i want some sort of freedom and not be stuck in the house 24/7. what would you do, think long and hard and put yourself into my shoes. theres a risk do you run with it or not bother.

    There isn't half some dreamers on eBay - asking silly prices for their RC goods.. Could hit the same setup easily for the money they ask - and its used..  I got a mind to fire off a message.

      Well they cant have delivered it then can they,if that is the case it is the companies fault not yours,the courier is acting on their behalf,not yours.

    Maybe a little quiet for a while chaps, Mother is currently in hospital with suspected spinal/back injuries from an unknown source.

    Apparently they can't do an MRI scan today because it's a bank holiday, if you've ever heard something so ridiculous before.

    Either way if anyone PMs me and I don't reply, I'm not being ignorant!

    Any eBay gurus here? Sold a BNiB kit  ~10 days ago, courier states it was delivered and signed for on the 10th  Dec, yet buyer has just informed me they don't have it...

      Bad move,it should be insured for the amount sold for not cheaper for the sake of saving a few £s.

      If they do accept the claim (unlikely if it was signed for) they will only pay out the value it was insured for,could be as low as £20

      Submit your proof when asked such as dispatch details/tracking etc and you will be fine.

      Sucks for the buyer but you can help them claim against the courier if you want but ebay/Paypal wont be interested in doing that,as far as they are concerned if you have proof of delivery such as a signature that is all they care about.

      Claim from who though?

      They can contact you through ebay/Paypal but as long as you have your proof that all is they will be interested in.

      If they are claiming against the courier how exactly are they doing that without knowing any of the details about the package that they dont actually have?

      Personally I wouldn't worry that much about it,if you have proof of sending etc ebay/Paypal will side with you if you have a signature for the item.
