PS is what's grabbing my attention ATM. As for car games there is not much I haven't played, I have been with NFS, Gran Turismo since they started....never got in to forza until the 360 with 3, 4 and now horizon 2. Drive club, and project cars look great. Not fussed on GT6 or forza 5 ATM....but GT7 I hope brings promise when they decide to announce it's release and mega car lists (the main thing I like on the GT series).... I struggle sitting at a PC to play car games especially TBH, I just like the console and relaxed in front of the tv. Posted by me ????

Might bite the bullet next year and get a next gen console as Project cars looks awesome. Currently got forza horizon 2 but on the 360 but feel paved as they are not bringing out DLC content for the 360. But the big question is that I have no loyalty to either XB1 or PS4 ...but can't decide which to get.... PS4 I think as it's has the best potential. Posted by me ????

Took the vandal, and stretched it legs for a bit and cycle my nimh batteries...as it won't get much action till spring next year...... Will need to strip and clean it though over Christmas in between decorating jobs....

Get muddy/grassy, dry, dustpan brush, and then a baby wipe.... then get all muddy again.....

Went to out local display tonight, and low an behold a quadcopter came over an was getting up close and personal with the firework.....tbh was surprised a couple of times it was taken out by the fire work as show don't hold back with the barrages and it was getting very close a showered in sparks... Tbh there is a time and place to fly these things and to me that was being a bit silly, when it finished it dropped down in to the carpark behind. ...i wouldn't be surprised if the fuzz was watching where it was going and the person ended up getting their collar felt..... The open gearing on the Vandal is a PITA, now thing are a bit more wetter the dirt acts as grinding paste and trashes the spur gear....so they last only a couple of minutes.... Need to find a good way of making a shroud to go over it keeping the dirt and crud out....

New 25t pinion installed..my god its a beast its huge... Only tested on the nimh...tbh runs well a bit slower to get up to speed. Looking foward to a run on the 3s...

After getting through my second spur in a split second, i checked the 23t pinion and its screwed... Now brought a 26t Hard one hopefully thus one will be a bit quicker and last......

I used the tamco ones from my donar truggy as they are firmer and stronger springs, not sure what is best tbh

I put 3s's through my Vandal.....only issues I had with the power are: Rear tyres peeling of the rim In 4weeks of abuse I have stripped my first spur gear....although my pinion is not entirely drilled square and true (as I took it from 3mm bore to a 5mm to fit on my motor shaft)and coupled with dirt crud with open housing....that going to happen regardless Other than that all other damage/breakages are down to my poor driving skills i.e. car vs. solid objects

That's my understanding...will be doing that myself at some point

Looking at the spec, it says the ESC is 2/3s cell ready.....BUT see item in RED below, as the motor as part of the combo its 12.5T...not sure if that a big issue or not.. ESC Specs: Cont. Mine on 3s goes like stink, the only issue I have had (apart from poor driving skills), is the standard tyres pulling of the rim...Other than that I have put my 3s through it a good few times and has all held up fine...bit excessive for bashing though....

Pretty much what I have in mine....45a WP-S10E-RTR, 3065kv B/Less 4 Pole I would say get a bigger pinion, I am running a 23t but considering going up to 28t -30t on the pinion..

Not sure what the standard is like as I brought a Vandal Roller... But if you are looking at the WP-SC8 ESC from EZRUN...then the ESC dims of 59mmx38mmx34mm might be an issue as my ESC is 48.5mmx33mmx32mm and its a very snug fit in the normal position (i.e. between the motor and Steering servo). Can't see that ESC fitting in the Vandal what so ever unfortunately.

New front suspension holders added...mishap with a raised manhole cover. Ready to rock and roll tomorrow to test the swaybars.....hopfully the tyres hold on the rims...

New anti sways added front and rear......need to give the car a deep clean by the looks of it... Posted by me ????
