  1. There is a used one on Ebay, in Harrow
  2. I got a pair of them there Tasis pipes on my Ofna Titan Twin sounds amazing. That Cen Pipe is good as it is bolted together can be taken apart and the baffles moved/modified or removed completely, got it on my Cen GST7.7.
  3. Bloody hell, The Texas Wild Baja was the second RC vehicle i ever owned back in the 70's (The first was a mardave Nitro Ferrari). If you are not a Vintage enthusiast then that would be a good model to bring up to modern day standards add shocks etc. Yes it does look as if everything is original, i love the spring adjusters on the front, things were so much simpler back then!! Is that a vecco 21 motor?
  4. http://www.nitrohouse.com/Pirate-Monster-Parts_c_645.html Here you go.
  5. Yes the diffs are virtually bullet proof, i dont think that they have changed the internals but i know that the outdrives were beefed up for the Nemisis version. All the nitro versions of this truck suffer from Half Tank Lean due to the size of the fuel tank so its difficult to get a good consistant tune, and on the original Genisis and GST versions it was difficult to get it to shift into 3rd gear this has been fixed by using softer (gold) springs in the 3rd gear clutch, so if you strip down your gearbox make sure it has the new springs fitted or you will be in for a very frustrating time trying to get it to shift. The half tank lean can be minimised by putting a one way valve in the pressure line from exhaust to tank.
  6. I have had the GST 7.7 version for over 10 years and love it. The difference between the various versions is as follows, Genesis and GST 7.7 both had reverse and the front drive shaft from the transmission to the diff was a plastic telescoping type. the genesis cooling head was usually red, the GST was black. The nemesis version had beefed up drive line parts and the front driveshaft to the diff is just a dog bone also it did not have reverse. the Collusus was basically the same as the nemisis but had a different style body and came with a Savox steering servo as standard. All the models came with Skyion radio gear.
  7. OMG the suspense is killing me. Haven't known suspense like this since "who shot J R". Cant wait for the video of its first run. Oh by the way who did shoot J R?
  8. I think that what you have there is a PB Alpha modified to off road. I remember the alpha well was the first suspension on road rc car available in the UK was affectionately known as a wibbly wobbly. The usual combo back then was Alpha with OPS .21 motor and futaba 27Mhz AM radio, Good old Days.
  9. I use the Cen Racing steel collars GS272 and replace the 3mm grub screw with a short socket head cap screw so the hex is bigger, those 3mm grub screws strip the hex easily. I am only a basher so not worried about the extra weight. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/CEN-GS272-Rod-Stopper-4-for-their-GSR-5-0-GST-7-7-Nemesis-7-7-Monster-Trucks-/231389536808
  10. Ofna clutch shim kit no OFN 10410 has retaining washers that have a 5mm spigot on them to accommodate this problem, if the spigot is not quite long enough then put some of the 5mm shims that come with the kit on first put enough shims on so that when the retaining screw is tightened up there is just the slightest hint of end float.http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xofn10410.TRS0&_nkw=ofn10410&_sacat=0
  11. OFN17132 is off the OFNA Pirate 10 monster. If it is the same part then Nitro House have them for 6 Bucks thats about 4 Quid. They are a good company and i have used them many times, donk know what shipping to UK would be.
  12. Try OFNA part No OFN17132 think its the same. OFNA is the USA/Canada equivalent of HOBAO.
  13. Stripped her down completly, the rear bearing seemed nice and smooth and tight but on closer insp found the cage where the balls sit had a crack in it, replaced the bearing and all is good now, just hope i can get it sealed 100%.
  14. Ok still tight with the old flywheel on, so will invest in a jumbo tube of sealer and do a complete strip down. What is the best way to remove old sealer that is stuck to the various parts?
  15. I thought the flywheel may have been fouling on the crank case so i shimmed behind the brass collet to move it out a bit but still binding. with the fly wheel off and the glow plug out it spins freely with no discernable noise or grinding from the bearings and the front bearing is not leaking. the engine is about a year old but only has about 6 tanks through it since breakin. i will try putting the old fly wheel back on and see what happens. Stay tuned!!
  16. Have just replaced the flywheel on my CEN NX46 now when i tighten the flywheel retaining nut the engine tightens up, so i shimmed behind the collet but still the same. All i can think of is that the inner bearing may have collapsed, but i really dont want to do a complete strip down as it took me forever to get this engine leak free (cen engines are notiorius for air leaks) so anyone have any ideas what might be causing this before i strip it down. Also the engine was running fine before the flywheel was changed.
  17. OFNA Titan Twin. 80% aluminum hop ups, proline commando 23mm hex bead lock wheels with MOAB 40 series tyres, Force 25 motors with Nitro house Iron Cross heads and K&N filters, Tsais Twin pipes. and converted to single fuel tank. The titan twin has not been made now for about 15 years i think, but spares are available if you are willing to hunt around for them. Its a real head turner whenever i take her out, sounds great. With all the aluminum hop ups its a tad heavy and really needs a couple of 32,s to compensate.
  18. Go to www.cenracing.com click on drivers forum, then vehicle specific then pick the section that pertains to the mg10. I would advise you not to buy spares from Cen direct as they take forever to arrive and shipping is very high.
  19. I think this is from hi-tech Brass gear 34 teeth .568 diameter, underside gear 11 teeth .255 diameter hole size .0625 diameter. if it is what you are looking for and you cant find one in the UK you can have this for free.
  20. There is something drastically wrong with your steering geometry. I agree with Anthoop too much positive camber and way too much spring load. set the spring tension so that the arms are parallel to the ground at rest and set a little bit of neg camber should help alot.
  21. Machine 1mm off of each of the flats on the hexagon on the shaft Sent from my HS_7DTB35 using Tapatalk
  22. Does not have a clutch bell either.
  23. I dont think those rear body posts are the correct ones for the Fun Factor either. I dont want to put you off but i think you will get very frustrated trying to get this vehicle in running order. But i wish you the best of luck.
  24. These Cen Fun Factors have not been made for along time and other than buying from cen direct spares will be difficult to find. Cen is not renowned for its customer service, and parts will probably take a while to get delivered but they are available at www.cenracing.com
