  1. Be sure to visit the Sterling Armaments stand to see the pre-production versions of their air rifle. http://sterlingarmaments.com/
  2. There are a few dealers that do crossbow equipment on their online shops there. but what they actually have on display crossbow wise who knows?
  3. Instructions could have been a lot clearer. Once you’ve figured out how to assemble it then it’s obvious. The first time I cocked mine I thought you must be kidding, surely it shouldn’t take this much effort. Fortunately it soon gets broken in. Ordered a bag which looks a lot like the one in your pic. John
  4. Will do Just have to decide all black or blue and silver. John
  5. Reminds me it’s time to order a new roll.
  6. Just get a proper lead solder off eBay. Stay away from the lead free stuff. Plenty to choose from.
  7. Many receivers such as Flysky have the little cutout to accept the lip on the plug.
  8. They’re described by the stone supplier as “Forest Green Flagstone Paving - Natural Sandstone “. Whatever you call them they were flippin heavy to lay particularily the 900mm ones My shoulders have just about stopped aching. John
  9. Wasn’t going to mention that.........but. John
  10. Is anybody actually bothering to watch the Winter Olympics? Just can’t get interested this year and haven’t watched any at all.

Well the Men snowboarding was good but the women, well...

Equality strikes, "we can do the same kickers as the men. We don't need smaller ones" is what they said. What happens? They either bottle it and bail on the run or wipe out hard. Ha!. Guys are doing like 1440's and the girls can barely pull a 360 on the same ramps. All they is "waiting for the wind to drop". You're an Olympian you have to work with your conditions and not just bail out and cry.

Yep. He really put the pressure on forcing the others to go hard and make mistakes. Well done to the fella :first:

  11. These body posts will fit the stock brackets if you drill out the holes about 1/2mm. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MAVERICK-MV22417-BODY-POSTS-x4-SC-CHASSIS-PARTS-NEW-GENUINE-PART/381685549677?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 After a bit more thought have decided to go with a shorter 2.2” tyre. 125mm vs 139mm.
  12. Yes just plug the lights into a spare channel in the receiver. It’s all just plugging in the new bits. Only thing you might have to do is change the battery connector on either the ESC or battery..
  13. Yes the non standard Mauler wheelbase does make it a pain to find a properly fitting body.. As I’ve gone for a 1/8 body the stock tyres don’t look too big but on a 1/10 something a bit smaller will look better if you want a scaler rather than a monster truck. John
  14. A ton or two of sandstone all laid by me and a mate. John
  15. Ahh.....but some of them can be made into RC.
  16. Crossbow rifles now. Mmmmmmmmmm Excaliber Assassin http://www.outdoorhobbies.co.uk/excalibur-assassin-crossbow-package---free-target--free-uk-shipping-6415-p.asp
  17. Crossbow bolts do a lot more damage than Airgun pellets. He he. The middle bolt has gone right through the tank and you can only see a bit of the feather sticking out at the front of the turret. John
  18. Yes I’dwant to actually handle one and check it over before buying.
