hi all i have a tamiya grand hauler converted into day cab truck and trailer. the rear bed is hinged for battery to go underneath, has some lights fitted, interior and driver. no gear servo locked in lowest gear but does have steering servo and hobbywing esc. no tx or rx. can show more pics etc if somebody is interested. would like a tamiya euro truck not sure which one yet but the merc actro is looking favourite. sorry must be collection really as i cant get around. without load although may be persuaded to let it go, trailer is bruder based.

hello, i had one of those and the exact thing happened. mine had done the gears so i ordered a much better two speed gear box from ebay about £12 with a motor and it was great, a whole lot better 👍👍

i have a grand hauler and a glode liner, grand hauler is red with double back cab. globe liner is black with heavy weathering, rust, water marks etc. looking for euro trucks now. neither have mfu but do have some lights inc indicators. either one can come with usa style flatbed. not the low loader thats not included in any deal. will give more details if anyones interested. must be essex area/east london. cheers

cheers gaz, if it was just body mod,s proberly give it a go but looks a bit more. i think i might do a px and swap in my globeliner and grand hauler for uk trucks. cheers??

hi all i could do with some help, would anybody know if a tamiya scania, mann or merc shell fit on the chassis of a grand hauler and a globe liner?. i have both but fancy switching to uk trucks instead. cheers

hi mate thanks?. the chrome steps are from the kit, the bumper is ally and i made it myself along with the orange plates over the rear. the rad and visor are from ebay. you do have a chrome visor and bumper with the kit. iver never built or made anything like this before at all exept airfix back in the 80,s maybe. my advice with some things are try yourself before buying as bits are expensive but very good. the back plates and bumper are 1mm ally sheet which i scored n cut with a stanley knife and i think they look good, i did build the bumper around a box for strength. i also made the arials and the tyres are white rubber paint so no peely white wall tranferes. mate i dont know much about these now and new nothing before but ill always try to help if i can. cheers?? oh n the paint is halfords car spray.

hi mate i just did my first truck a hauler, the dents in the back of the cab roof are for lights if you get the mfu, i fitted them in the hauler but not the globeliner im doing now so i just left them undrilled. the cab roof i glued on, agian after fitting lights from mfu and was sprayed same as truck. maybe some help.

oh i have also read not to use digital servos with tamiya mfu,s!. dont know how i put that quote there!!!!
